GRADES OF SYRUP : (Please check on availability before ordering)
Grade A Light Amber: Very light in color with a mild, delicate maple flavor.
Grade A Medium Amber: A little darker/more maple flavor
Medium Amber is the most available syrup we have year in and year out
Grade A Dark Amber: Darker then Medium Amber with a stronger maple flavor.
Grade B: Usually referred to as cooking syrup, Grade B is dark in color with a very strong maple flavor and even a hint of caramel.
